Buchan is a great little town for a relaxing getaway from the big smoke. Very rural so the air is fresh and invigorating.

There's a pub and a roadhouse if you don't want to cook but there is a general store in town for basic supplies.

The caves are a short walk out of town.
Friendly locals of the human and animal variety. 

Lakes Entrance is about 40 minutes away if you want a beach or fish and chips.
